What We Do
Mark Tovey formed Arnmore (APM) in 1999 and in the space of 2 years had become a leading specialist consultancy providing value-driven solutions to major infrastructure owners and maintainers. Supporting financiers and technical advisors.
During this period Arnmore has supported some of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe. By implementing a proactive approach and by applying our insight, experience and knowledge to generate innovative, sustainable outcomes we can provide our clients with both commercial and technical advantages.
Our Mission
Combining with Advisory Limited expanded Arnmore’s focus on the rising demand for digital technology. The business model is to help introduce new talent familiar with these new tools and techniques into high hazard sectors (Rail, Nuclear, Process industries in particular).
The two businesses formed a partnership to build a “Whole greater than the sum of it’s parts” business. Enabling us to target the need for deep commercial and technical knowledge related to implementing new ventures (businesses and projects) in a time of rapid technological change.

Mark Tovey
Mark is an accomplished Commercial Director with a proven record of success in leading and implementing large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. He has over 30 years of cross sector experience in infrastructure related projects, including some of the largest PPP/PFI deals undertaken in the UK and Europe, providing unrivaled knowledge and insight.
